The terms of using Reel Intel.
What you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reel Intel ("the service"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
Reel Intel produces an AI-generated intelligence report on an Instagram account and up to three competitor accounts, using publicly available content. The report includes performance analysis, content classification, and strategic recommendations.
2. Acceptable use
- You may submit only Instagram handles you are authorised to analyse or that are publicly available.
- You will not use the service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual or business.
- You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service or circumvent its access controls.
- You will comply with all applicable laws, including Instagram's own terms where relevant to your use.
3. Insights are guidance, not guarantees
Reports are generated from observed data and AI analysis and are provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or any specific outcome, including any change in reach, followers, or revenue. You are responsible for your own content and business decisions.
4. Accounts and email
When you request a report you may provide an email address or sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for activity carried out under your details.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans, where offered, are billed on the cadence shown at checkout (for example monthly or annually). Fees are charged in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
6. Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and report formats, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and your reports for your own business purposes. The underlying Instagram content remains the property of its respective owners.
7. Third-party data and services
The service depends on third-party providers to retrieve and analyse data. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of those providers, and source data may be incomplete or unavailable at times.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for conduct that breaches these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to the service or other users.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
