Is my first report free?
Yes. Your first report is on us, a free welcome report. Just enter your email so we can send it straight to your inbox, add a handle, and your first report costs nothing.
Do I need to connect my Instagram or share my password?
No. We only read publicly available data from public Instagram accounts. You never connect your account, install anything, or hand over a password.
How long does my report take?
Usually under a minute. The first time we analyse a brand new account it can take a little longer while we build its profile, then every later report loads fast.
Where do the numbers come from, and how accurate are they?
Every figure traces back to real, observed data from public reels: view counts, posting times, captions, hashtags and comments. We do not project or invent metrics, so what you read is what the account actually did.
Can I analyse any account, or only my own?
Any public Instagram account. If an account is set to private we cannot analyse it, because there is no public data to read.
Can I track competitors?
Yes, you can track competitors. Right now you can track one alongside your own account, and we are working hard behind the scenes to bring two and three competitors next. Either way, you see where you lead, where you lag, and the gaps worth closing.
How often is my report refreshed?
Every plan rebuilds your full report every month, so you always act on current patterns rather than ones that have already moved. Analyse covers your own account, Compare & Dominate adds a competitor, and Reign covers you plus three. Your very first report is free, just enter your handle, no signup or card needed.
